ふぐちりThis is a lighter version of the Beau Michel noble wine I drank before. The sweetness comes first, followed by a hint of sourness. As you can see from the bottle, it is a sake, but you can taste the flavors of champagne or wine, and although the alcohol content is low at 9%, it is very intoxicating.
