This will be a comment from an amateur sake lover. It has been a while since I returned to my parents' house, and I received a rare sake surrounded by fish from the Seto Inland Sea. It has a strong rice flavor and strong acidity. Hot sake is just right. I am grateful to be able to drink good sake again today in good health.
