Ookura辛口山廃特別純米 直汲み 無濾過生原酒 オオセト

We went to the Okura Fair at Asano Sake Brewery....not the metamorphosis of the Asano Sake Brewery.
First up was the Yamahai Special Junmai Oceto🍶.
The top aroma is slightly fruity and sweet.
Smooth in the mouth.
Sake meter value is +19, but it has a slight sweetness and umami, not too perverse 🤔(dissatisfaction).
I guess the feeling is similar to Mimuro Sugi's dry dewy leaf style.
It was just plain delicious 🍶😅.
