Drinking alone in Meguro today. The restaurant I wanted to go to was full, so I wondered what to do. I find a store that looks like it has a good selection of sake, so I go in and try one of the 10 or so brands. The sake is sweet, aromatic, and delicious. The restaurant serves a full volume of stewed and fried motsu (pork cutlet) and it is inexpensive. I hope to visit again.
