Oh, I still like it. It is light and gentle, with no hint of clutter from the moment the bottle is opened, and has a well-balanced flow with no unnecessary acidity until the aftertaste. It makes me want to be like this as a human being.
The subtle sweetness brings happiness. It may be too good to be served with food. I will enjoy Hitokochiki with care. I am looking forward to drinking Miyamanishiki.
