y_miura
It's been a while since I've had a "shi" (meaning "good" in Japanese).
Maybe it's because I paired it with sweet meat and potatoes.
Today, I felt the lightness of the taste was stronger.
It was unusually umami and voluminous for Niigata, but I guess that's the strangeness of the pairing.
It also had a strong alcoholic taste, so I finished it only during the meal.
The description says it all, but basically, it is a delicious sake.
