My wife bought the sake she liked best among those she tasted while talking with a person from Iwase Sake Brewery who was at the department store.
The sake here is said to be made from very hard water with a hardness of 240. So the name of the sake also comes from this.
The aroma is mild and fresh, and I think it is slightly spicy rather than sweet, but it has acidity and umami.
It is a delicious sake.
