The aroma is subdued and the taste is clean and refreshing
I can feel the umami well 👍
It is a perfect food sake 👍❗️
I paired it with sashimi this time.
It still goes well with it. ‼️
It was an elegant sake that you don't get tired of drinking 😊.

I think most of the Shizuoka sake is for food sake, but I'd love to try it with sashimi 😊.
