This sake was made as part of Takachi-yo's new project, with the difference that Shu-ban is hi-iru and Ai-han is nama-shu. It is a more rare sake.
The aroma seems more fruity than that of Shu. The sweetness of peach and mango is similar to that of Shu, but I think this one has a more fruity flavor. I can't believe how much better the aroma is with Alcohol. It is amazing. The aftertaste is refreshing.
It is a sake that you don't often have a chance to drink, but there is no harm in trying it. I am very happy when I can get this kind of sake at a low price.
