Ine is in full bloom, as I had hoped!
The aroma is grapey and sour.
The subtle sweetness and pleasant acidity are well balanced, and the sake goes down a treat.
It is a strange taste, somewhere between wine and sake.
The recommended drink, soda, gives it a sparkling wine-like taste.
I'm afraid the bottle will soon be empty...
