Purchased at Taguri Sake Shop in Saga Prefecture. At first glance, this liquor store in town looks like something you might miss, but it stocks only good local sake. And you can feel the love the store owner has for sake.
This Nabeshima has a full-on sweetness right after opening the mouth, but on the second day, it seems to have changed to a more subdued sweetness, perhaps due to exposure to air.
It might be good to leave it for a while and drink it slowly.
