This sake is brewed by Nishi Shuzo, famous for Tominohozan. It is quite rare to find sake in Kagoshima, but we wanted to try this brand from a trusted brewery.
The label is fashionable with a cloth-like pattern. After opening the bottle, it has a fruity aroma. The taste is a little dark, peachy and grape-like. It is sweet and perfect.
It is a perfect example of the Nishi Shuzo brewery. I also love Tominohouzan. I don't think it has much of a habit, but even sake beginners may enjoy it.
