It has been featured in many books, and as someone who likes heated sake, I am a Saitama and wanted to try it. I bought it and had a glass at room temperature. What's that? It seems to be a shochu. It has a peculiar taste. Maybe it's because it's a sake for hot sake... The next day, I drank it lukewarm. Hmm? It tastes like shochu. It tastes a little like shochu. I was just reading "The Most Delicious Sake in the World" by Osamu Furukawa. He is pushing Shinkame as a good sake. I gradually increased the temperature of the warmed sake and drank it. The first feeling of discomfort was certainly relieved, but the aftertaste was still shochu-like, and I was not satisfied.
