The standing aroma is soft sweet apple-like aroma and a little bit of alcohol. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the sweetness for a moment, but soon the crisp flavor spreads. The texture is smooth on the tongue with a clean aftertaste. I served it with tomatoes, tofu, and watercress in sukiyaki style. The flavor of the meat and the sweetness of the sake are refreshed in the mouth by the crisp taste of this sake, and the alcohol also seems to escape through the nose.
