Purchased at the Banshu Ikkyo Fair at Asano Sake Shop. I really wanted to go when the brewer was there, but I could not make it, so I just had the sake.
It is a very typical sake, fruity but sweet. Originally, the sake brewery made a lot of dry and classical sake, but recently they have changed the model to make it easier to drink.
This sake is especially Aizan, so you can feel the sweetness more.
Although it is Aizan, it is a very soft and easy to drink sake. It is a sake that will be a repeat purchase.
