I found a sake that I really like.
It is refreshingly fresh, slightly spicy on the palate, and has a low level of acidity.
There is almost no fruity flavor, but it has a nice aroma that is typical of rice.
I couldn't resist and served it at room temperature, which was the right choice.
I would like to pair it with stewed beef tendon.
