The aroma is luscious, apple-like and pineapple-like.
The taste is one word [sweet] on the palate. Sweet like a sweet white wine, butou sweetness. A hint of pineapple. The flavor of rice.
Not only sweet, but the aftertaste of this sake gives you the pungent taste of sake. I thought, "Oh, this is not wine, but sake..."
I personally recommend drinking it slowly, savoring it in a wine glass rather than during a meal.
