I haven't drank "Wakamusume" in Yamaguchi prefecture for a long time.
This time it was Ruri Karakusa.
The aroma is lactic acidic and creamy with a hint of acidity and an elegant sweetness.
The palate is cool and gaseous, with a delicate sweetness that is moist and spreads as if blending with the palate. ✨️
The aftertaste is rich and bitter, and the aroma on the nose is luscious and very good!
It is a wonderful sake that makes you want to savor it over and over again☺.
