This is the first Kamidori I've had since I bought it 27 years ago in Okaya.
It is fresh and a little sweet on the lees, with a rich, umami mouthfeel.
It is fresh on the lees, a little sweet, rich and umami, but it doesn't drag so you can drink a lot of it.
It is delicious warmed up, too.
