I let it sit for a while. The next Koei-Kiku arrived on Saturday, so I opened it.
Low al 13 degrees. Slightly bitter and sweet, a flavor I have no experience with, but delicious.
On the second day, I opened the bottle with even more vigor and pon ministry. It's alive. I forgot to enjoy the taste change (crying).
