I had a bottle of Nanasho dry sake served cold.
It is refreshing on the palate and crisp and dry later on.
The spiciness that comes through at the end is pleasant. It went very well with Japanese food.
As the sake gets warmer and warmer, the flavor of the sake increases on the palate. This is also interesting.
It is a good match for a meal!
