After attending the "Meeting to Talk about the Future of Terraced Rice Fields" at Okazaki Sake Brewery as a member of the Inakura Tanada Kakawari-tai Sake Rice Owners, I was able to go to Tatumi Jushi in Ueda City, which I had longed to visit 🎵 Here too, I enjoyed Shinshu Kamerei as a beautiful sake and fine snack. Kotara is junmai hi-iri. It is a little more umami than junmai ginjo and may be served at room temperature😃It was also a beautiful sake that went well with fish 😊Happiness🎵.
