Crystal silver color with a hint of murkiness.
The nose is somewhat restrained, but there are fruits such as apple, pear, melon, and a hint of banana. There is a soft, whey-like aroma and a gentle green nuance with a hint of sweetness of selfeil.
Mild sweetness in the mouth.
There are rice flavors like well-polished Kamishin powder. The acidity is smooth, quite sweet yet sharp, and cuts through the sweetness. Then there is a full-bodied taste with a slightly stronger bitterness lingering on the palate.
This is my favorite.
Ethyl caproate predominates, but isoamyl acetate is also well balanced and a very good flavor. Delicious.
