Immediately after opening the bottle: fresh, juicy. Dark flavor like sakekasu (sake lees). It is exhaleable with a bitter taste.
1 day after opening: More ginjo aroma than immediately after opening. Pear. The twang is gone and it has become mellower. The bitterness has become easier to recognize, and the bitter taste is more pronounced.
