This is good. The aroma is good and the taste is modern. Even special junmai and junmai have their good points. I thought so on the day the bottle was opened, but when I drank it after a day off from drinking, it became somewhat watery. Then the bitterness became more noticeable. As is typical with locally brewed sake, there was a bit of a gap between the two. It is better to drink it up as soon as you open the bottle.

It's best to drink all of it on the day the bottle is opened. I would like to see an indication of when to drink it, as different liquors have different drinking times.
