Nori
A peculiar smell. It smells like liquor. I can't believe it's a daiginjo (laughs).
When you drink it, you can feel the full flavor of the rice. It has a solid flavor that comes in nicely.
The bitterness is not so strong that you can't taste it, but it comes in smoothly and smoothly.
The taste is close to that of Kikuhime's chrysanthemum. It's a very rich flavor of Yamada-Nishiki, I guess.
It's not made in the traditional way, but it's as thick as Sanpai, but it's not overpowering at all.
If you have a meal while drinking it, it's too heavy for the chrysanthemum, so it's hard to drink it, but this one doesn't have that problem and can be enjoyed with food. It tastes great even after eating curry.
It's an expensive but wonderful drink.
