Today we will have another sake that we purchased on our trip to Fukui last week. This sake is sold exclusively at a commercial facility at Fukui Station called Kurufu Fukui.
The aroma is a gorgeous ginjo aroma. On the palate, it has a delicious and spicy flavor that disappears nicely. It is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake with an alcohol content of 17, but the taste is cohesive and easy to drink, perhaps because of the Nakadori and To-bottori methods of production. I paired it with simmered sea bream, boiled garland chrysanthemum, and mackerel pickled heshiko that I bought as a souvenir, and it was delicious. I feel that it goes well as a food sake 🍶.
I was very happy to visit the dinosaur museum, which I had wanted to go to. The dinosaurs were moving, so it was very impressive 🦕.
