Sweet and sour. Citrusy, apricot-y, lemonade-y. The sake has a low alcohol content of 10 degrees and a sake alcohol content of -60. Sake degree is -60, but it is not sweet and refreshing. I love sharp sake.
We bought it at the Tama flavor Yukikurakan. I dropped by on my way back from Aizu.
It is a peaceful place in the mountains. It seems that the temperature of the brewery is kept at a constant level by snow accumulated during the winter. The sales floor is magnificent. Like a roadside station. I would like to go there again. But, I would have to take a route other than Route 252!
