AKABU Junmai Hiyahoroshi
The new AKABU sake is being released one after another, and this is "Hiyaoroshi". It was already matured at the shipping stage, but it was further matured in the refrigerator. Compared to new sake, it has a more rounded and subdued flavor, with a pleasant sweetness and acidity that spreads quickly in the mouth, and is thick but goes down smoothly. Personally, I think it tastes even better if you savor it slowly and carefully while picking prosciutto.
