Sake My Life
Purchased at Arakawa Sake Shop, Okazaki, Aichi.
The aroma is restrained, with a slight creaminess.
Somehow, it has both sweetness and sharpness at the same time. It has a sense of being both sweet and sharp at the same time, like two hares.
There is a slight gaseous sensation that is almost non-existent. (25.4 production).
Is it made with soft water? It is easy to drink without any stickiness. To be honest, it has a strong sweetness, but there is almost no dullness, leading to a clear, transparent and crisp taste. I think this is the verbalization of the so-called "fluffy" feeling.
There is a "spiciness" in the back of the tongue that one feels when eating too much sweet food, and is this connected to the sharpness?
I am very happy to experience a new taste again.
Please try it.
