This will be my first time to try Kisenzan. It has a sake level of -15 and an acidity of 3.0, which is quite impressive 🙄. I forgot to take a picture of the glass, but it looks light nigori, as if it was bottled straight from the bag. The top aroma is sweet with a hint of koji malt. In the mouth, there is a juicy sweetness like a syrup with a tangy sourness on the tip of the tongue. It finishes with a slight astringency. A little sweet, but delicious ✨.
