It has a strong gassy feeling.
But the sweetness overtakes the gas, and the gas and acidity follow in a flash. The last 20% or so of alcohol is suitable for a meal.
It is a great companion to freshly deep-fried fried Mexicali and the savory soy sauce 👍.
