I didn't feel the fruity taste that is typical of Akabu.
It was a clean and refreshing sake.
Maybe it was because of the strong aroma of the Amaou salad that I paired it with.
I didn't feel the aroma of Akabu that much.
Maybe the aroma and taste of Akabu is better when the bottle is opened.
