Bought on impulse at the Kizakura Kappa Country shop when I saw the retro label! 😅
We had it at room temperature, with 5 shaku of snake eyes. It's a light yama-buki color, and at first it seemed like a normal sake with a slightly dry taste, but as the second and third glasses went by, the simmered dishes I was having with it started to taste better and better...⁉️The more you drink it, the more it blends in with the food and enhances the taste, which in turn makes the sake taste better.
