It has a more floral aroma while retaining the sweetness and deliciousness of the rice that is usually enjoyed with special junmai sake. The aroma is fluffy, but this one is lighter.
It also has a slight bitterness to finish it off. It has a slightly fizzy taste when opened.
Very tasty.
If I had kept it after buying it, summer would be over, so I'll use "nebuta" just for the sake cup... (From a festival point of view, "nebuta" is more familiar.
