Akaban Omachi in Nabeshima
The first sip was bewildering because I imagined Nabeshima's Yamadanishiki (the purple one). My impression of Nabeshima was a perfect balance of sweetness, spiciness and freshness, but it was crisp and spicy with less sweetness
Once you get used to it, you can drink it without feeling uncomfortable.
The miso cheese I bought at Kimijimaya was so delicious. Thanks for the food.
Where to Buy
Sake no Omasu
Slightly lacking in freshness? It had a strange fermented taste.
I guess it wasn't stored well.
I also bought Nabeshima's Yamadanishiki.
If it's not as good, I won't be coming back.
