Iraka Sake Brewery
The aroma is like rum raisins. The flavor comes from the depths of the microbubbles. It is dry, and the bitterness tightens it up. The aroma is showy, but strangely enough, it does not disturb the meal. It's nice. It is delicious.

At the moment, the sales floor is open on Saturdays from 1pm to 5pm until the end of December. The "White" is a limited edition for Matsukawa Village. It is only available at the brewery and at Farm Ichiryoku, a five-minute drive away. Now you can get sakekasu like rice cakes (a lot).
As it was the first product from the new brewery, I was very enthusiastic and checked the sales date as soon as the phone number was posted on the official website and made a reservation. I thought it was going to be more of a festival. But I was happy to talk a lot.
Now I have a chance to be an old-timer.
