We drank it at the Kubota Afternoon Tea held at Nishikisui Ryotei at Hotel Chinzanso.
There were three kinds of Kubota: Senju Ginjo-Nama Nama Sake, Manju, and Manju with its own yeast.
Of the three, the in-house yeast brewed sake had an outstanding taste and aroma. It was a pity that I could drink only a little of them since it was a sake comparison.
