I won a present to commemorate the publication of "The day sake surpasses wine" written by the president of the brewery Watanabe.
Wine and sake are two completely different alcoholic beverages, but they are equally fruity, fragrant and full of flavor. I don't think it's possible to simply compare them, but I think the differences in their histories and places in the world make them different kinds of sake. Whatever the case may be, sake that conveys the heart of the maker is delicious❗️
