Local liquor, but I'm having it for the first time!
It has a slightly yellowish hue.
The aroma is quite restrained, with a slight sweetness like mochi or dumplings.
In the mouth, the crisp mouthfeel is followed by a slightly astringent rice flavor, a touch of alcohol, and a slight rice sweetness, which is followed by a vinegar-like acidity.
As you swallow, the crisp yet complex acidity and sweetness rise, leaving the impression of a dry white wine!
It has a light but complex impression and is not suitable for drinking by itself. Serve with a meal.
It is best when the bottle is opened, as it loses its energy after a few days!
