We acquired this 🐻 on our easternmost trip to the mainland last year.
It has been sitting in the fridge for a year watching over us, and now it's time to open the bottle!
When the bottle is opened and poured, it has a mellow aroma with a hint of rice.
The mouthfeel is fresh and light. The spiciness is accompanied by a light rice flavor. It is a crisp, light, spicy, umami type of Simple is Best!
I enjoyed it with mackerel & shark, but I am sure it goes well with seafood!
Still, it's cute 🐻.
