Konnaky
This may be the first time I've had a daiginjo from Gohyakumangoku. It is not cloying, sweet, light, and dry. It seems to be in the tradition of Niigata's traditional light sake. I also drink Kitayuki's honjozo, but I think it is a cosy sake for everyday drinking, and in general, Kitayuki these days is a safe and sincere sake.
