Daishinshu is another sake I was curious about in Sake-no-wa's post.
Since it was GW, I visited Daishinshu Sake Brewery and purchased it
This is a sake from the sake server at the Daishinshu Sake Brewery's store 🍶.
The flavor of rice spreads in the mouth, followed by a slight astringency that lingers in the aftertaste.
I think it is very well put together!
