Uses Association 28 yeast (is there that many?) and an acidity of 3.7. Served with steamed chicken with sesame sauce.
The aroma reminds me of citrus fruits, and the juicy, stringy acidity and soft sweetness come together in a crunchy texture. I like this one.
Similar type to Hanaboe. I would drink it like a sports drink when it is hot.
