Honjozo (freshly squeezed) 🍶 Kiyonishiki🌾 from Yamagata Prefecture
Slightly fruity but dry. Clear taste 😆. A little creamy. The strong spiciness is combined with the eel and dokkatsu tempura. Finish with green curry risotto 🍛 which is also delicious 😋.
