I'll open the one I've had laying around since last year (already got this year's or not...).
When I twisted the cap, the lees started bobbing around and it took me a few minutes to open it, it's almost a year old but quite healthy 🫧.
The aroma is sour and a touch of fluffy sweetness?
Firmly schwaggy when included! The wine has the same kind of sapidity and juicy wineiness as the Cotton Candy of the same brand.
It also has a floral note with a hint of honey like flowers in the back, and although it is cloudy, it is more floral than ricey.
Since it was late in the day, I thought it would be light, but it was so sweet, sour, and juicy with a strong flavor that it killed me in the blink of an eye.
Well, it is 9 degrees and 500ml, so it is in the category of light!
