This time we will be serving the Junmai Daiginjo that won the grand prize.
The nose has a fruity aroma reminiscent of pears with a hint of ginjo.
In the mouth, it has a freshness, but also has an elegant flavor and sweetness.
The palate is fresh, but also has an elegant umami, sweetness, and a hint of acidity.
The exquisite balance is the best 🥹.
The flavor is gorgeous with a strong umami taste ✨.
Really delicious 😋.
I especially love Miyanomatsu for their nigori sake.
They are trying a lot of different challenges and I can't take my eyes off of them 👀.
