The bottle I prepared for New Year's is from Tamanboast, a sake brewery in Tokyo. It has a smooth mouthfeel and gentle flavor. It has a smooth mouthfeel and a gentle taste, but it also has a firm aftertaste that can only be achieved with unfiltered junmai.
It goes well with all the dishes for Osechi. A good start to the New Year.
