The 9th Otafuku is the third time
We sometimes see it at Noue-no-Ie.
It is not yet a registered brand at Sake-no-Wa!

It's not junmai ginjo, so please don't be offended!
It seems to be a test brew.
The white labeled one is supposed to be Nama-shu, but this black one is not listed on the net.
The back of the bottle also says it's not a ginjo-shu...
Unfortunately, I drank a lot of sake afterwards, so the taste memory has gone into oblivion!
I think it was a bit peculiar sake.
