TakatsuguMy personal representative when it comes to Iwate sake is Nanbu Bijin. It's been a while since I've had it at home. I opened a bottle of Shiboritate Nama-nihon-shu.
It has a soft mouthfeel, but the flavor is concentrated. Suddenly, the image of a rice ball tightly pressed in a tight grip came to mind.
It is a bottle that makes me excited to see what I can serve with it. It is delicious. ❗️
